Travis A. Reinhold

Travis A. Reinhold is originally from Clearwater, Florida.  Travis graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 1994.  While attending college, Travis completed the police academy for Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and obtained law enforcement experience as a patrol officer.

Travis went on to Nova Southeastern University where he obtained his law degree in 1998 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in May, 1998.

Travis began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit where he prosecuted misdemeanors and felonies in Duval County and Nassau County.  During that time, he conducted numerous jury trials gaining extensive experience in the area of criminal law.  This experience has given Travis the skills and knowledge needed to provide you with the representation your situation requires.

Travis A. Reinhold concentrates his practice of law in the area of criminal defense and first became involved in the Criminal Justice System while a student at the University of South Florida where he obtained a degree in Criminal Justice.  While in the criminal justice program, Travis entered the Police Academy for the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) and began working with the HCSO after graduating from the academy.  While working with the Sheriff’s Office, Travis conducted numerous criminal investigations including burglary scenes, murder scenes and DUI investigations. 

Travis later went to law school at Nova Southeastern University and upon graduation moved to Jacksonville, Florida where he began his attorney career as an Assistant State Attorney in and for the Fourth Judicial Circuit (Clay, Duval and Nassau Counties).  While a prosecutor, Travis handled cases ranging from trespass to murder and conducted numerous jury trials involving from Domestic Violence Battery, DUI, Theft cases and Drug Offenses. 

Travis is licensed to practice before all Florida State Courts and is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Jonathan D. Sacks

Jonathan D. Sacks is originally from Miami, Florida.  Jonathan graduated from the University of Richmond, Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Communications in 1996.  While obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree he also became certified to teach elementary education.  After graduating from the University of Richmond, Jonathan taught in the Miami-Dade Public School System for three years. 

Jonathan then went to Florida State University where he obtained his law degree in 2002 and was admitted into the Florida Bar in August, 2002.

Jonathan began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in 2002 and prosecuted both misdemeanors and felonies in Duval County and Nassau County for over five (5) years.  During his employment as an Assistant State Attorney, Jonathan handled a wide variety of cases and was assigned to the Special Assault Division (SAD / Sex Crimes), Repeat Offender Court (ROC) and the Homicide Team.  Jonathan has handled thousands of cases and conducted numerous jury trials involving Domestic Violence Battery, DUI, Theft crimes, Sex Crimes and Drug Offenses.
